We’re excited to introduce a better way to organize and access all your project files in Monograph—without the usual frustration of hunting through multiple places.
Why this matters
Files have historically lived in different corners of Monograph. Now, you can see your project files in one convenient location—intelligent, organized, and ready when you are.
What’s new
  • All your files in one place
: Includes uploaded project files and attachments to project notes (like transcripts).
  • Upload any file type
: PDF-only is a thing of the past; any format up to 50 MB works.
  • Smart search & summaries
: Each file has a short summary, and searching scans inside it, as well as titles, so you can find exactly what you’re looking for. 🔍
  • Filter and view your way
: Sort by date, type, or more, with grid and list view options.
  • Easier navigation
: “Files” now has its own section under the Home tab, alongside Dashboard and Smart Inbox.
  • Cleaner project pages
: File uploads have moved out of Project “Details” into their own dedicated “Files” section.
How it works
Upload files at the project level or attach them to project notes. Everything you add is now easy to find, well-organized, and ready when you need it.
This update makes managing your project documents faster, simpler, and—dare we say it—a little enjoyable. Less digging, more designing. Take a look or view the support article here . 🙌
