When enabled, Monograph will now automatically create draft invoices for your project on a monthly schedule.

Here’s how it works:

    Set and forget:
    configure the day of the month per project or for your firm overall, and Monograph will automatically create an invoice when your client owes you money for the last calendar month.
  • 💲
    Flexible amounts owed:
    choose how your firm’s services are calculated.
  • 🧾
    Expenses & consultant bills included:
    any amounts incurred during the monthly service period are pulled in automatically.
  • 🔎
    Smart safeguards:
    invoices won’t be created if there’s nothing owed or a draft already exists for the project to prevent messy data.
  • Review guaranteed:
    set up notifications so your team can review and issue invoices with confidence.
To start using this tool, head to your firm-wide settings in App defaults and configure your automatic invoicing preferences. You can override these defaults on a per-project basis. See this support article for more information.
