Build your lead budgets top-down or bottom-up
We heard you loud and clear, so now Pipeline users can build your lead budgets top-down or bottom-up.
Use top-down when you have a strong sense of the project and phase budgets. Use bottom-up when you are less certain and want to start by thinking about roles and hours the'll need to work to get the job done.

When you are in top-down mode, you can edit the project or phase budgets and those changes will flow down to the roles based on the percentages you have set at the phase and role level.
When you are in bottom-up mode, you can edit the hours required by each role and that will flow up to the phase and fixed-fee totals.
We hope to hear good feedback about the new experience, and if we do we'll make similar changes to the project budget planner.
