Project data will be used to recommend a list of completed projects or templates with completed projects that whose time logged will be used as reference data. If no completed projects match the details for this project, you can build your budget from scratch with estimations of the total time needed to complete the project.

From here, a draft budget will be created. Phase budget recommendations will be made based on the actual time logged on this project. When you have accepted these and adjusted details as needed, you can update the status of the project from Draft to either Active or Proposed
