Create milestones & deliverables in bulk

To more efficiently manage your projects, Monograph now will create milestones and deliverables in bulk via file upload.

First, download the spreadsheet template to fill out with all of your milestones and deliverables from the Deliverables page on your project. Alternatively, you can create a free-text file that clearly outlines these milestones and deliverables.

When ready, select the file to upload it for extraction. If you upload the template spreadsheeet, Monograph will directly import the details added. Any other document will be shared with an AI tool for parsing.

You will be prompted to review the milestones and deliverables extracted. Nothing will be added until you confirm the details.
