Pipeline customers now have access to new insights in the Capacity Forecast report, helping you understand how potential work in your pipeline fits against your team’s current project commitments.
In the panel on the lower right, you can ask questions about your team’s capacity based on active projects, staffing plans, and upcoming leads. You’ll get direct, useful answers to help you make better decisions about scheduling, hiring, and prioritizing future work.
For example, you can ask:
Which leads are contributing most to my capacity problem in August?
What lead start dates should I adjust to resolve my capacity issues in August?
Which roles should I consider hiring first?
Which leads should I push beyond October so I can move the Miller Mansion lead up to October without going over capacity? Optimize for early revenue.
