Monograph has refreshed the management tools available to support project milestones and their constituent deliverables (formerly known as tasks) to allow for easier management today and support further enhancements in the future.
Milestone & deliverable timeline
On each project, the Deliverables page allows you to view all of the existing milestones & deliverables in a clear timeline view. Each phase is expandable to view all milestones and their deliverables (deliverables without a milestone are listed below all milestones).
As a result of this change, we have updated validation rules so that all milestones' dates need to be within the phase itself, and deliverables' due dates need to be both within the phase and before their linked milestones' dates. Additionally, we now update deliverable due dates when the phase end date changes as well also with the same logic as milestone date updates.
Deliverable comments also now provide more interaction. The most recent comments are called out on the main page above and in the deliverable, they show a clearer timeline of work. 
New notifications
In addition to new visualizations and editing tools, we also have enabled more notifications for milestones and deliverables for the projects your profile is following.
- Comments now are included in the personal digest of deliverable notifications
- In addition to receiving notifications about your personally assigned deliverables, we also have 2 new notifications to receive notifications on comments or status updates across alldeliverables
