Quick project filters in weekly staffing

To better support your team's quick review of specific project's staffing for a given week, we have added a new quick filter button.

To access this tool, mouse over any given project phase card. You will see a filter icon appear in the top corner.

When this icon is clicked, we will filter to view just the people working on that project.

As part of this change, we have updated the icon to indicate that a staffing allocation was manually edited to a purple dot.
