How It Works
Forward project-related emails to smart@inbox.monograph.com, and Monograph’s AI extracts key info and suggested actions—like logging an expense or creating a deliverable.
You’ll get an email confirmation with any action items extracted. If Monograph can’t process it you’ll be prompted to review the email manually in the Smart inbox.

Items land in the
Pending Review
tab. From there, team members can:
  • Add to a project
  • Dismiss irrelevant items
  • Manually select an action if needed

What You Can Do
  • Create Bills (Permissions required)
  • Create Deliverable (View permissions required)
  • Create Expense (All users)
  • Add Note/Document (Edit permissions required)
Finished items go to the
Completed
tab. Anything older than 30 days expires automatically.
