Teams offers flexible staff groupings designed specifically for reporting.

Teams are lightweight, multi-select labels assigned directly to staff profiles, completely independent from Project Categories or your org chart. This makes it much faster to filter reports, analyze staffing data, and organize people the way your firm actually operates.
Admins can create and manage Teams from Staff > Teams, and users can belong to multiple Teams at once.
Teams are now supported across:
  • Utilization
  • Team Forecast
  • Staffing Availability
  • Write-Offs
  • Time Log
  • Staff Directory
  • Projects
    (Note: A project is associated with a Team if at least one member of that Team has a role assigned on the project.)

Importantly, Teams are only used for filtering and reporting and do not affect permissions or access controls.
