Track project extensions and add-services in Pipeline
Pipeline customers can now track add-services and other project extension opportunities as leads, then merge the new work into an existing project when the lead is won.
This is especially useful in two common scenarios:
Add-services during an active project
Your team is already working on a project when a new opportunity for additional services emerges—one that requires its own pursuit and proposal.
Create a new lead for the additional services and set it to extend the existing project. When you win the lead, its budget, phases, and other project details will be added to the original project.
Pre-design or scoping work followed by a larger project
Your firm first proposes and delivers a smaller pre-design or scoping engagement, then pursues the larger design project through a separate proposal.
Create and win the first lead for the pre-design work. When you're ready to pursue the larger engagement, create a second lead and set it to extend the pre-design project. When that second lead is won, the new scope of work will be added to the existing project.
